# Private Messages Missing

I’m trying to export/import messages from 2020 only from one environment to another (dev to staging). it displays in dev environment but when i import it in staging environment it doesnt show the messages (topic archetype: private\_message and its posts) ? Any thoughts or steps i need to do after importing it? Thanks!

updated question:
