# Private server trust levels

We have setup a private server for our company, and the only people who can log into the system are employees. I am wondering if there is a good guide when it comes to setting/customizing default trust levels for new users, managers etc. being that in a private server as the trust levels for a public are probably too restrictive at first.

I know I can adjust what those levels are for first time logins but looking to see what others have done and works best for a closed environment.
