# Problem when installing Discourse on Openshift

Hello,
I’m trying to install Discourse on Openshift using helm chart. When I try to access the application from DNS, I see five dots continuously loading.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? I am struggling.

You’ll need to ask for help from the open shift people. Only the [official install](https://meta.discourse.org/t/142537?silent=true) is supported here.
You can look at the javascript console and see what’s not getting loaded. Maybe you don’t have https configured or maybe you need to turn on the force\_https site setting in an env DISCOURSE\_FORCE\_HTTPS

Is that [discourse 17.0.1 · bitnami/bitnami](https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/bitnami/discourse) ? If so, that’s packaged by VMWare without any communication with us. As far as I know, support for the Helm chart is included in VMWare Enterprise offering at [Bitnami Secure Images](https://bitnami.com/enterprise).
