While Discourse is Free and Open Source software, we only offer free support for production installs that follow our [official install](https://meta.discourse.org/t/142537?silent=true) guide.

Since you are using a package provided by bitnami, you will need to use their support channels for this install, as it’s not something the Discourse team created.
