# Problems building a new server

It’s the wrong ip address.

[dex-forum.com](http://dex-forum.com) doesn’t resolve at all right now, but you’re using cloudflare so you must turn off the orange cloud and make it dns only. And you’ll need to use a different subdomain or wait a week as I suggested earlier.

You still have cloudflare with the orange cloud so your can’t get let’s encrypt to get a certificate. You must use dns only gray cloud.
