Я бы задал такие вопросы в [теме для разработчиков Docker](https://meta.discourse.org/t/beginners-guide-to-install-discourse-for-development-using-docker/102009?u=merefield). На данный момент я бы не стал менять скрипты «из коробки», используемые для поддержки разработки на Docker, если у вас нет очень веской причины; скорее всего, они созданы, чтобы помочь вам.
