Provide topic wrench actions on post wrench menu

Continuing the discussion from How to Move Reply to New Topic?:

I don’t know about everyone else, but when I try to move a post or change the owner of it, I always look for the post-wrench below the post first before remembering that I need to do this via the topic-wrench floating in the top right corner (or, as I just found out, below the last post in the topic).

It would be massively helpful to have some topic-wrench actions available for specific posts directly in the post-wrench. These are:

  • delete
  • move to existing topic
  • move to new topic
  • change ownership

There are probably good reasons for not doing this otherwise I’m sure they’d already be there.

edit: crossed out delete. thanks, @cpradio

Delete already exists on each post (its the trash can)

Move and change owner are quite rare in practice across almost all Discourse instances I see.

… which is why nobody’s taken the time to fix this up: it isn’t really necessary.

Yes, I also found this a bit odd, I will see if I remember next time.

I agree these should be added to post wrench as well. Matter of available time.
