Hi guys. I’ve tried looking it up but I failed to find a definitive answer - or perhaps what I found is such an answer. A user in order to be able to “publish” must be a moderator, right? If so then it’s this simple moderator VS non-moderator distinction or… it can be somehow managed, controlled bit more… narrowly? Thanks. ---

emm So why would an ordinary user publish their content …? From the appearance, the publish looks more like an “official” announcement… ---
