실제로 사용하는 이름을 숨기기 위해 이름을 변경했습니다.

해결되었습니다! $home/config/otherside.yml 파일의 이름도 변경해야 했던 것 같습니다.

.yml 구성 파일의 이름으로만 multisite라고 되어 있었고, 그 외 모든 곳에서 rubyhub라고 되어 있었습니다! 이로 인해 오류가 발생했습니다!

하지만 HTTP 포트는 무엇이며, rubyhub.store를 위한 추가 리버스 프록시를 설정할 수 있도록 멀티사이트(multisite)에서 이를 어떻게 변경해야 하나요?

개별 사이트가 아니라 모든 사이트에만 변경할 수 있습니다.

그건 어떻게 동작하는 건가요? 웹 서버가 새로운 사이트가 추가되었음을 어떻게 알 수 있을까요? 리버스 프록시는 같은 포트를 여러 번 사용할 수 없거든요.

모든 요청을 동일한 위치로 보냅니다. 저는 헤더에서 어느 사이트인지 파악할 수 있습니다.
