# Pups::ExecError: su postgres -c 'psql discourse -c "alter schema public owner to discourse;"' завершился с ошибкой возврата

Похоже, проблема именно в этом, хотя я не могу представить, как изменение плагинов могло привести к ошибке в правах доступа postgres. Вы что-то ещё меняли? Это стандартная установка, верно?

Режим безопасной загрузки не поможет, так как сайт не работает.
