残念ながら、ここではできることはほとんどありません。Android の場合、サイトを PWA としてインストールすれば機能しますが、iOS は Android のような PWA からのプッシュ通知をサポートしていません。Pushover notifications のようなサービスを利用するよう、サイト所有者に相談することもできますが、そのプラグインは各サイトにインストールする必要があります。
