Não tenho certeza se isto ainda está sendo trabalhado, mas atualmente existem problemas de depreciação com o plugin

E aí, pessoal, desculpem não ter acompanhado isso recentemente — atualizei e modernizei o plugin Pushover, então ele já deve funcionar com as versões mais recentes do Discourse.
