Putting custom CSS on CDN as well

cdn

(Resurrectedstar) #1

Is there a way to put the custom/all CSS on the CDN as well?
I have noticed during load testing that all css files are fetched from the forum, rather than the CDN site.

From:

The CDN is set to https://forums.cdnserv.sandydprod.net (you may have to set the URLs to show 50 at a time).

Then, scroll to the bottom and under URL content type load time distribution, and click on the text/css slice.

Scroll back up, and you will now see all the CSS urls highlighted - which are all served from the forum instead of the CDN

Going to recategorize this as a bug for now, it should be automatic.

If this is a bug you should see it on http://discourse.codinghorror.com which is using CDN77. Do you see it there too?

I see it on BBS, known about it for a while … we should fix

Oh this is the custom override CSS. That’s probably quite small, and won’t affect a default Discourse install. I don’t think discourse.codinghorror.com even has any custom CSS.

This is now fixed:
