# Pwa doesn’t work when network is offline

I tried the pwa with this meta forum, but when I remove the internet(4g), it doesn’t show me the forum. shouldn’t it show me the contents seen previously, when offline?

We have very limited support for network is off. @Falco can probably expand a bit.

Discourse does work offline, provided you visited the pages you want to see while offline before
However, Meta is a worst case scenario here. Since we update Meta 20 times a day, you most likely won’t have the new static assets on your next visit. For normal Discourse sites, that should mostly work and cache your last few visited topics and topic lists.
