好的，所以这个人被管理员手动晋升为 TL3。但是，在他拥有 TL3 期间，他 _远远_ 超过了 5 个标志的限制，并且仍然没有失去 TL3。那么，如果 TL3 是手动授予而不是自然授予的，是否有可能失去 TL3？

不会。

它们是锁定的。它们需要由一名完整的版主或更高级别的人员解锁，然后它们将恢复到应有的级别。
