# đź“… Question: Include event details when saving to calendar

Hi everyone,
we regularly use the Events plugin in our community. When members save an event to their iOS or Google Calendar, only the title and time are currently added — but not the additional event details, such as the location, description, or links.
đź’ Question:
Is there any way (or could it be implemented) so that when exporting or saving an event to a calendar, the full event description and details (e.g. location, Zoom link, etc.) are automatically included in the calendar entry?
That would make it much easier for participants to have all relevant information at hand without needing to go back to the forum post.

I reported the Location field not being passed through as a bug here:

I didn’t notice that the description isn’t being passed through either.
They are really critical for this, eh?

So, for us, for example, the Zoom link would be very important.
What is also problematic is that we have many regular events. After the event, however, the acceptances simply remain and have to be manually reset.
You can also only transfer individual appointments to iOS or Google Calendar at a time, but not subscribe permanently.

It is misleading with regular appointments if I click on the event in November in the calendar and want to register for it, I end up in October.

We recently updated the plugin to ensure that the event description will populate in the `.ics` file, so it should save to the description in your calendar application.
