I reported the Location field not being passed through as a bug here:

This is a brilliant new feature: However, I’ve noticed that the .ics and the Google Calendar downloads / sharing are not passing the new Location field through to the corresponding Location fields in the destination calendars. I didn’t notice that the description isn’t being passed through either.

They are really critical for this, eh?
