Continuing the discussion from [Retention settings per chat channel](https://meta.discourse.org/t/retention-settings-per-chat-channel/226704):  
Our forum has enabled chat recently. And I meet the problem too. Is there any way to fix that?  
What’s more, I find that staff cannot remove members from group chat.
