I can’t understand your complaint fully. So sorry if I am wrong.

Yes. `[quote]hello[/quote]` is not working. But as @codinghorror said it’s working like below

```plaintext
[quote]
hello
[/quote]

```

And if you need a quote with multiple paragraphs you should do like below

```plaintext
> Paragraph 1
>
> Paragraph 2
>
> Paragraph 3

```

> Paragraph 1
> 
> Paragraph 2
> 
> Paragraph 3

instead of this

```plaintext
> Paragraph 1

> Paragraph 2

> Paragraph 3

```

> Paragraph 1

> Paragraph 2

> Paragraph 3
