# Quotes from topics in secure categories

When I quote from a different topic at my forum - the title and link to the original topic are not appearing in said quote. They do appear here. Did I accidentally mess with some setting/not install something? Thanks.

This is what I’m getting on my forum:

I think this is a #Support topic …

Check your theme, did you do any modification there?  
What version are you running?

Can you give us your forum’s url?

On further testing it seems like sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Trying to figure out why. I think it’s related to what categories the quotes are coming from or getting sent to but not sure yet.

EDIT: I think I figured out what’s going on - when you quote stuff out of a restricted category topic the title link doesn’t show up.

Right, because following a link would return an error for anyone that doesn’t have access.
