As a note to anyone using this (…which includes myself 😉), @zogstrip updated the topic count recalculation code [here](https://meta.discourse.org/t/force-recount-of-topics-in-category-after-moving-them/73026/3). He probably has hood reasons to do so, so this might deserve an update 🙂
