Is it possible to add reactions emojis to the first post of a topic please ?

It is possible. You can also choose a reaction at the first post of this topic. Do you use any plugins that interfere with liking first posts, such as topic voting?

Yes I use Topic Voting. The visitors can react with emojis only from the first reply but not from the 1 post of a topic.

From what I see, the CSS used by Voting plugin to hide the like button should not affect the Reactions plugin. The like button HTML is replaced and different.
