Note we do have a built in feature for groups message that can be enabled which does provide this feature. ![group reading stats](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/meta/original/4X/9/5/5/95542ff805e557507013c9d13f8dd1cf13d4d977.png) I would recommend going with [data explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) for now for topics but it is a feature that can be built, especially in a plugin to mirror our group reading counter.
