Is it possible to add a parameter to the url, so the online website google translator can translate a Discoure page?

This doesn’t work:

[https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=en&tl=de&u=https%3A%2F%2Fmeta.discourse.org%2Ft%2F-%2F32056&sandbox=1](https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=en&tl=de&u=https%3A%2F%2Fmeta.discourse.org%2Ft%2F-%2F32056&sandbox=1)

Is it possible to get a link with a translated page somehow else? in Firefox? without plugin?
