# ReadTimeout error (No solution)

So after I got the discourse forum on my server I tried creating an account with the preset emails that I put in the install. I tried using 3 emails with no success. My provider SMTP works, I have used it with thunderbird and I could send and receive emails. Then I tried [this](https://meta.discourse.org/t/troubleshoot-email-on-a-new-discourse-install/16326), it said to use the built in doctor file. Below are the results of that.

I get the Net::ReadTimeout error. This is surely caused by the system taking to long to something. I have no idea what is wrong with it.

I have used the `rake admin:create` command to create myself an admin account to bypass the normal creation process of the forum because it wasn’t sending me the error and testing the built in email test I got the same error
