The last one I fixed ended up being an issue with a broken index. I’m mostly on vacation until the first of the year. I am not likely to have free time until after the first. If it’s an emergency and you have a budget you can post in Marketplace or contact me directly.

Can you please share your docker version, OS version and kernel version? We have been getting a fair share of failures like this, but I’ve been unable to reproduce it in my droplets.
