# Recategorize profile picture setting under Profile, not Account

Why is a profile customization, called _Profile Picture_ at it, under **Account** details when it should be under the **Profile** tab with all the other profile customizations and personal images?

Because it puts a “face” with your name, username, email address, etc. in your account. Your profile photo (or other image) also gets used as your avatar. Sort of like the face of an ID card. 🙂
Your profile has all the “extras” about you: a short bio, location, time zone, and whether or not you want a profile header and background image. Sort of like the backside of an ID card containing “extra” information.
