Does Discourse have any plans to add a recommendation engine?

So based on the posts you interact with the ones you view, the ones you post the ones you follow etc…  
The recommendation system would suggest additional posts you might be interested in.

Is the recommendation based on past posted topics and searches, or just on one search action?
