I think I may have addressed your question at a higher level in your [other topic](https://meta.discourse.org/t/edit-existing-source-of-the-forum/30809/9), but for the sake of completness, this is actually added under Customize in the admin panel using a script:

```js
<script type='text/x-handlebars' data-template-name='list/topic-list-item.raw'>

```
