Simon, thanks for advice.

Temporarily solved by adding our discourse host to the hosts array in allow\_discourse\_redirect function manually.  
Would it be of use to add this list of hosts to the [Discourse sso](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true) configuration in wp Dashboard?
