在用户默认设置中，您可以关闭所有电子邮件摘要等。让用户决定他们是否想要。我猜很少有人想要。至少对我这个管理员来说是这样。

但您实际上不知道谁打开了邮件，谁没有打开已发送的邮件。这个指标非常不可靠。
