# 减少 Discourse 发送的电子邮件数量

在我看来，最易见效的措施是调整“在多少天后停止发送摘要邮件”的设置。默认值为一年，若将其缩短至例如六个月，在活跃成员（30天内）占总成员数不足十分之一的社区类型中，可能会起到帮助作用。
