Ah, I know what’s causing this — it’s related to a change I made this morning here:

Overflow in suggested topics when category name is too long

Just pushed a fix, I also noticed that long category names were causing issues with the category pages, so I have very long categories truncate there too. https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/e2a524550cb85e76e066309373f4eeb399f72366
