# Rejected mail logs

I have to ask this again, since this thread was closed before satisfactory resolution:

The rails database command there cannot find a rejected type and fails. Also, setting the retention period to 2 days in the admin settings does not clear out the old rejected mails.

What to do? I find this old rejected junk noisy and unnecessary, even though one could say it does no harm.
