# 将用户重命名为人员

作为一名终身开发者（尽管并非 Discourse 专家），我认为是否继续推进这项工作，取决于从你的角度来看，其影响权重与投入权重的权衡。影响权重可以细分为内部（为你自身带来的益处）和外部（为他人带来的益处）。虽然我们有时（或经常）需要做一些对自己有益的事，但在构建社区时，我认为对他人的益处应优先于对自己的益处。话虽如此，你所打造的社区也是你自身的一种表达，作为架构师，你需要决定希望在你的\_\_\_\_\_身上留下怎样的影响。他们对你意味着什么？你希望他们如何认识自己？

这听起来有点哲学，我意识到了，但希望有所帮助。🙂

虽然更改文本是一个选项，但它仅会更改当前语言环境。如果插件、主题或主题组件能够处理自定义语言环境（如原帖所提议），将会非常有用。是否存在这样的功能？

我还没有锁定那个选项 😅。由于我的网站将服务于整个国家，我最初考虑使用“马来西亚人”而不是“用户”。不过，我认为不应该限制非公民注册，所以我创建了一个“马来西亚人”群组，并暂时决定使用“人们”，直到找到一个更合适、更友好的称呼。

一个与贸易相关的社区，其层级结构可以借鉴历史，设立_学徒_、_工匠_和_大师_。对于我们这里的德语用户，这些角色传统上对应的是_Lehrling_（学徒）、_Geselle_（工匠）和_Meister_（大师）。
