# Replace discourse find with normal one

Hi,

When I am in a topic page, it is much easier with normal “find” of browse button, with which I could easily navigate to the _location_ of the keyword. This is not so with discourse’s find. Can we have both? Or at least then disable discourse’s one and be able to use normal find?

If you hit ctrl/cmd + f twice you’ll get the native browser search.

We load posts in/out as you scroll through long topics, so the browser search can be ineffective in those cases.
