# 特定用户无法通过电子邮件回复

我的论坛 [https://nzarchitecture.net.nz](https://nzarchitecture.net.nz) (3.1.0.beta2) 启用了“通过电子邮件回复”功能，该功能对其他用户来说运行正常。

但是，有一位用户在通过电子邮件接收论坛帖子时，发现他发送电子邮件回复这些帖子时，回复从未发送到论坛。

他使用的是 Gmail 地址——这可能相关吗？
