# Reply key / email address check not working? (replies by email)

정말 해결했는지는 잘 모르겠어요. 시간이 좀 지났고, 제 기억이 정확하지 않을 수도 있거든요.

여기서 설명된 대로 보조 이메일 주소를 추가해 보았지만:

이메일 주소가 이미 사용 중이어서 작동하지 않았습니다.

해결책은 사용자를 병합하는 것이었을 거라고 생각해요. 하지만 진행하지 않았는데, 해당 사용자와 직접 이야기해 보니 이후로 계정 중 하나만 사용하고 있더라고요. 그래서 실제로 병합이 어떻게 작동했을지 말씀드리기 어렵네요. 죄송합니다.
