It should reset to the timestamp of the activity just before the latest action

Another new feature is the “Reset Bump Date” action in topic wrench menu.
It changes the topic’s bump date to the date of the last visible post in the topic.

Reset Bump Date doesn't work if there is a moderator action as the last post

It’s fine to ignore small action posts. I simply didn’t consider that case when I implemented this feature.
