# Reset password form not working

Hi! Can someone help me identify the problem with my discourse version? It seems that after updating my repo with the latest release, the reset password form is not working already. I’m also encountering a javascript error whenever I press the signup button on the page. Kindly check the screenshots.

Have you tried in [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true)? Have you tried with all third-party plugins disabled?
