# 백업에서 복원했는데 이메일이 비활성화되었나요?

저는 매일 백업과 서버에서 데이터를 복사해 두는 작업을 하고 있습니다. 다행히도 VM이 완전히 고장 났을 때 도움이 되었습니다. `ssh` 접속이 안 되었고, 강제 재부팅 후에도 상황이 나아지지 않았습니다. 그래서 새로운 VM을 구동하고 Discourse를 새로 설치했습니다. 그리고 백업에서 복원하는 데 성공했습니다.

복원 로그의 끝부분:

하지만 "비직원 사용자의 발신 이메일이 비활성화되었습니다."라는 배너가 표시되고 있으며, 로그에서도 이를 확인할 수 있습니다.

이것이 무슨 의미인가요?
