백업에서 복원했는데 이메일이 비활성화되었나요?

저는 매일 백업과 서버에서 데이터를 복사해 두는 작업을 하고 있습니다. 다행히도 VM이 완전히 고장 났을 때 도움이 되었습니다. ssh 접속이 안 되었고, 강제 재부팅 후에도 상황이 나아지지 않았습니다. 그래서 새로운 VM을 구동하고 Discourse를 새로 설치했습니다. 그리고 백업에서 복원하는 데 성공했습니다.

하지만 "비직원 사용자의 발신 이메일이 비활성화되었습니다."라는 배너가 표시되고 있으며, 로그에서도 이를 확인할 수 있습니다.

이것이 무슨 의미인가요?

복구 이후에는 중복 알림이 사용자에게 전송되는 것을 방지하기 위해 Discourse가 처리를 따라잡을 때까지 메일 기능이 일시적으로 비활성화됩니다.

복구 1시간 후 설정에서 메일 기능을 다시 활성화할 수 있으며, 일반적으로 문제가 없습니다.

그것을 본 후 내가 한 첫 번째 일은 이메일 설정을 검색하는 것이었습니다. 그런데 아무것도 나오지 않았습니다. 백그라운드 레이크 작업이 실행되는 동안 설정이 숨겨지는 건가요? (당시 "email"로 검색했을 때 이메일 설정이 하나만 표시되었는데, 지금은 30개 정도가 표시됩니다.)
