Is there a way to restrict access to the site to only people that have been given the link? We would like to only have people that register to the site to be provided a link and it not be something where someone can just find it on google or somewhere and join/register.

i think maybe you want admin-settings `invite only`

I think `login required` would also be of use if you didn’t want the board to be a public one. 👍

There’s also `must approve users` as well.

You can change them in the admin settings, but you can also rerun the setup wizard to find them in one place `[YourSite]/wizard`:
