Version 1.2.1 is out.  
The plugin has been updated [to be compatible](https://meta.discourse.org/t/image-upload-is-broken-in-1-4-beta-5/31154/5) with the upload changes introduced in Discourse [`v1.4.0.beta5`](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/releases/tag/v1.4.0.beta5) and [`v1.4.0.beta6`](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/releases/tag/v1.4.0.beta6).
