# 限制未上传头像的用户在群组中发帖

我希望实现用户在未上传头像时不能发帖。  
他们应该收到 **消息** ：“请上传个人资料图片并完成您的个人资料，然后才能在此网站上开始工作”

有什么方法可以实现这一点吗？
