但无论如何，它都会起作用。在不更改任何设置的情况下，只有在服务器提供 STARTTLS 时才会使用它。

唯一需要明确禁用它的情况是：

- 服务器提供 STARTTLS
- 不使用 STARTTLS 发送的邮件可以正常工作
- 使用 STARTTLS 发送的邮件会失败
