We’re not using Right Sidebar Blocks on the Meta Branded theme. These are custom blocks built with our new Blocks API. It’s still experimental but you could learn more in [Skills for authoring themes and blocks](https://meta.discourse.org/t/skills-for-authoring-themes-and-blocks/401629).
