# Routing problems with Discourse tagging plugin

#### Bug 1
1. Go to [https://meta.discourse.org/c/bug](https://meta.discourse.org/c/bug)
2. Click on a tag
3. Hit back
4. Note how you get redirected instead of going back to [https://meta.discourse.org/c/bug](https://meta.discourse.org/c/bug)

#### Bug 2
1. Enabled filter tag by drop down
2. In a child category, select a tag from the dropdown
3. Set child category drop down to “none”
4. Boom 💣
Most likely caused by [FIX: changing category dropdown shouldn't change tag filter dropdown · discourse/discourse-tagging@b92ae7e · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse-tagging/commit/b92ae7e3b9820b4869162789152e1adb85daed8f) but I’m don’t have time (🏫 📖) right now to dig further.

I fixed this in the tagging plugin, so it should get deployed soonish.

I don’t think the fix would fix the second bug where the filter by tag drop down site setting is enabled. 😃

The route and query are fixed. The state of those dropdowns is my recurring nightmare though.
