I’m wondering about an rss feed for **Unread** topics, which would pair nicely with the **latest** rss feed.

Unsure, because I’m looking for Unread replies.
What I see in that link (thanks) is latest and new. Unsure of if adding an option to re-organize creation date is taking the place of Unread. Tested it, and doesn’t seem to. Cheers.
