There are some fixed cost CDNs like [https://www.stackpath.com/](https://www.stackpath.com/) for $10 that I used to do all the testing for [Using Object Storage for Uploads (S3 & Clones)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/using-object-storage-for-uploads-s3-clones/148916). They may be a better fit for your community.
